1. Digital Deliverable Format & Delivery Channel
All products and services provided by Optimosi are digital technical consulting deliverables. Upon completion of the technical audit, deliverables are sent directly to the customer's verified email address provided during checkout and made available for direct download in the secure customer portal.
Standard deliverable package includes:
- A comprehensive, branded PDF Audit Report (15–30 pages depending on tier) detailing performance benchmarks, crawl errors, schema validations, and Core Web Vitals diagnostics.
- An actionable, prioritized Developer Action Checklist (Spreadsheet / CSV / Interactive Table) with exact code recommendations and priority rankings.
- A unique secure online order tracking URL (`/order/status/[id]`) for lifetime report access.
2. Turnaround & Guaranteed Delivery Schedule
Fulfillment starts immediately after successful checkout confirmation. Turnaround times are guaranteed based on the package selected:

3. Order Intake & Requirement Verification
During checkout, the customer submits the target website domain (e.g., `https://example.com`), focus keywords (optional), and up to 3 competitors. If additional information is needed, our audit coordinator will reach out via support@optimosi.com within 6 hours.
4. Post-Delivery Support & Questions
Every audit package includes a dedicated email support window (14 days for Essential, 30 days for Professional, 60 days for Enterprise). If your developer or marketing team has questions about implementing any recommendation, our technical team will clarify at no extra charge.
