• Payment Information: All billing and card processing is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store or process raw credit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

• Perform technical crawls, page speed analysis, and deliver requested audit reports.
• Send order confirmation notices, status updates, and post-delivery follow-ups.
• Respond to customer support inquiries and provide invoice receipts.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share minimal necessary data only with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing and merchant compliance.
• Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run & Cloud SQL): Secure application hosting and encrypted database storage.

All web traffic is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption. We retain order records and generated reports for 24 months to facilitate customer re-downloads and tax compliance, after which data is safely purged upon request.
