1. Full 100% Refund Before Audit Commencement
If you place an order by mistake or change your mind, you may request a 100% full refund within 12 hours of checkout or anytime before our engineering team begins running technical crawls and analyzing your domain.
2. Post-Delivery Satisfaction & Partial Refund
Because our service involves dedicated hours of human senior engineer inspection and proprietary analysis:
- Free Clarifications & Re-audit: If you believe any section was misunderstood or if your website recently updated, we will re-run the crawl and provide an updated revision report at zero additional charge.
- 50% Partial Refund: If after receiving your report and review you remain unsatisfied with the depth of the findings, submit a refund request within 14 days of delivery explaining the shortcomings, and we will issue a 50% partial refund of the purchase price.
3. Late Delivery Guarantee
If your audit report is delayed past our guaranteed turnaround time (48h for Essential, 72h for Professional, 5 business days for Enterprise) without prior notice or mutual agreement, you are eligible for an immediate 25% courtesy refund while still receiving the completed audit report.
