1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or ordering technical audit services through Optimosi ("OptiSite", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access or purchase our services.
2. Scope of Services
OptiSite provides digital consulting and diagnostic evaluations covering website technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, page speed diagnostics, structured data verification, and competitor benchmarking. Deliverables are generated as digital PDF reports and interactive spreadsheets sent via email and our secure client tracking dashboard.
3. Client Authority & Non-Invasive Testing
By submitting a target website URL for audit, you confirm that you are the website owner, authorized webmaster, or legitimate representative. OptiSite conducts non-invasive, public network audits and headless browser rendering tests. We never request private administrative passwords, hosting credentials, or FTP logins.
4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as fixed, one-time charges. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount upon order confirmation. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden recurring charges.
5. Turnaround & Fulfillment
Fulfillment starts immediately upon order confirmation. Standard delivery times are 48 hours for Essential Audits, 72 hours for Professional Audits, and 5 business days for Enterprise Suite audits. For full details, please review our Fulfillment Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon delivery and receipt of full payment, you own full rights to the customized audit reports, recommendations, and checklists created specifically for your target domain. OptiSite retains proprietary ownership of underlying testing methodologies, templates, and software code.
7. Limitation of Liability
While our recommendations are based on recognized search engine guidelines and web standards, search algorithms fluctuate. OptiSite does not guarantee specific organic ranking positions or revenue figures. In no event shall OptiSite's liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific audit in dispute.
